Diane's Gig List

Here is a basic guide to how Diane's Gig List works.

The Basics.

There are several ways to post on the gig list. All are FREE.

1. If you are an artist whether a solo, duo, trio or band select Artist account. Fill out your artist profile, add any images and information. You can then log into your FREE account and add as many events as you want. You can log into your FREE account at any time, edit, amend and delete any event you have posted, so your gig list is always up-to-date. When you sign up as an artist, your profile will also automatically be added to the band directory. This is so that if you have a fan base they can visit the band directory select your band name, and they can view your full gig list independently.

2. If you are a venue select Venue account. Fill out your venue profile, add any images and information. You can then log into your FREE account and add as many events as you want. You can log into your FREE account at any time, edit, amend and delete any event you have posted, so your gig list is always up-to-date. When you sign up as a venue, your profile will also automatically be added to the venue directory. This is so that if you have a customer base they can visit the venue directory select your venue name, and they can view your full gig list independently.

3. If you are an individual who likes to promote both artists and venues, select individual account. Fill out your profile, then you can add events to the gig list. As an individual, you can log into your FREE account and edit, amend and delete events. When a customer uses Diane's gig list to see who's on where, they can view the full gig list which will display all the gigs in order of date etc. If they view the band directory, they can select individual bands and view all the venues that band are playing at. If they view the venue directory, they can select individual venues to see all the artists playing at that venue.

It is very important for artists and venues to keep your profile and gig list up to date otherwise customers will not know which venue you are playing at or who is playing at your venue which defeats the object of this service.
